The only personal data collected is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, email, company, role, project context, budget ballpark. This data is used exclusively to respond to your request.
Purposes
Incoming-lead qualification, contact handling, commercial archiving. No unsolicited prospecting is performed from this data.
Retention
Three years after the last active exchange, unless early deletion is requested.
Processors
The contact form is processed by Formspree (United States, standard contractual clauses). Audience analytics are handled by Plausible Analytics (European Union, no cookie or persistent identifier).
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection. Exercise your rights by emailing info@midgarr.com. Reply within one month.
Cookies
The site uses no third-party cookie or persistent identifier for tracking. No cookie consent banner is therefore required.
